We are a small editorial team, and email is the best way to reach us. Write to:
What to write to us about
- A factual error or an outdated detail on a page, ideally with a link to the source you are relying on.
- A rules or dimensions question about a yard game that you would like us to cover.
- A backyard-game topic you would like a guide on.
- A problem with how the website works or reads, including accessibility issues.
What to include
A clear subject line and a few sentences are plenty. If you are reporting an error, tell us the page and the sentence, and if you can, add a link to the source you are relying on, such as a standards body, a government agency or a manufacturer's instructions. That lets us check it quickly and correct it with a proper source.
What to expect
We read every message that is about the site. We cannot promise a reply to each one, and we cannot answer questions that need a professional opinion, such as medical, legal, structural or veterinary questions, or diagnose a problem with your specific product. For those, the best route is a qualified professional or the manufacturer's customer service. When we can help, we reply by email, usually within a few business days, and when you point out a mistake we fix the page and update the "Updated" date.
Please note
We do not sell products and cannot help with orders, returns or warranties. We do not accept sponsored posts or paid placements. We do not publish a postal address or telephone number. Please do not send attachments larger than a few megabytes, and do not include sensitive personal information in your message. How we handle emails is described in our Privacy Policy.
